Quan Lee
President

Quan Lee leads LCM’s project and construction management practice and oversees operations in Northern and Southern California. With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Quan has guided the delivery of major public and private projects across k-12, higher education, retail & commercial, residential, and civic markets. As President, he focuses on driving company initiatives and strategic growth, and ensuring the highest level of client service. He holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Minnesota School of Architecture.

Maria Pamela Prudente Lee
CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Maria leads the company's financial strategy and growth. With more than two decades of experience in accounting and finance, Maria provides a wealth of knowledge in public accounting and contract administration. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from San Jose State University. She specializes in all areas of accounting and finance, with a strong focus in the construction industry.

Brian Sales
Senior Project Manager

Brian is our lead senior project manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience in project and construction management. He has served in various management positions with General Contractors and Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) organizations. Brian's extensive project experience includes healthcare, k-12 and higher education facilities, housing, and commercial office projects. His personable and positive attitude, along with his strong understanding of relationships and problem-solving skills, have earned him the respect of project team members. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Thomas.
