Our Story

Lee Construction Management (LCM) was founded in 2014 through entrepreneurial spirit, hard work, and a genuine desire to make a difference for our clients. LCM’s first construction management contract began in Orange County, and the firm has since steadily expanded its footprint to support clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and greater Orange County region.

From the beginning, our philosophy has been simple: take care of our clients, take ownership of our work, and stay true to our values. We understand that every project represents a significant investment, and our responsibility is to protect that investment through careful planning, disciplined management, and unwavering attention to our clients’ goals.

Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic continue to guide LCM. Headquartered in San Jose, California, with site offices in Orange County, we remain committed to providing our clients with the hands-on leadership, accountability, and personal attention that have been at the heart of our firm since its founding.
